4.3 Student Work
You retain ownership of any original work you create during your courses. By submitting assignments or projects, you grant Northern Frame Academy a non-exclusive license to use your work for educational, promotional, and demonstration purposes.
5. Enrollment and Payment
5.1 Course Fees
Course fees are stated in EUR and are subject to change. All fees must be paid prior to accessing course content unless alternative payment arrangements have been made in writing.
5.2 Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of enrollment for consideration. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. No refunds are provided after course materials have been accessed or after the 14-day period has elapsed.
5.3 Course Access
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to course materials for the duration specified in the course description. Access periods vary by course and are non-extendable except in circumstances determined by Northern Frame Academy.

Courses may reference or require third-party software and tools. Northern Frame Academy is not responsible for the functionality, availability, licensing, or support of third-party products. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses and complying with the terms of use for any third-party software.
6.4 Independent Instructors
Programs are delivered by independent expert instructors. Views and opinions expressed by instructors are their own and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of Northern Frame Academy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Northern Frame Academy, its directors, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
- Any content obtained from the services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
In no event shall the total liability of Northern Frame Academy exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Northern Frame Academy, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.
